My red thread

Over the last 15 years, I have had the opportunity to lead: transformations, creation of new services and new divisions while also leading the cultural change. I have operated in small to large structures and this, across multiple countries and sectors. I have cumulated throughout this period multiple successes and valuable learnings.

I have realised through these experiences that my strengths and know-how should be focused on supporting organisations when they go through this complex and challenging process of constant evolution.
