Over the last 15 years, I have had the opportunity to lead: transformations, creation of new services and new divisions while also leading the cultural change. I have operated in small to large structures across multiple countries and sectors.

 

The successes and valuable learning I have accumulated throughout these experiences have convinced me that: my strengths and know-how should be focused on supporting organisations when they go through this complex process of constant evolution.
